1. EU⁠/EEA User Rights (GDPR)

This Section applies to individuals in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), or to EU⁠/EEA residents, where the GDPR or other applicable data protection laws apply.

• Controller: Alphasov. Personal data related to payment and sales transactions may be processed by FastSpring, the Merchant of Record, under its own Privacy Statement. Please refer to FastSpring’s Privacy Statement for FastSpring’s role and your rights in relation to such transaction processing.

• Rights: Where applicable law applies, you may have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.
• Legal Bases: We process personal data based on (a) performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), (b) compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), (c) our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), or (d) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or where the alleged infringement occurred.
• EU Representative: Where we are legally required to designate an EU representative, we will publish the representative's contact details or provide them upon request.

2. California Privacy Notice

This Section provides additional information for California residents where applicable California privacy laws apply.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information: We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information for such purposes.

Do Not Track (DNT) Signals: Because there is no uniform technical standard for DNT, our website does not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

Third-Party Processing: Third-party service providers may process technical or usage information only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve our website and Software.

3. Children Under 13 (COPPA)

This Section applies where the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies under applicable law. The Software and our website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information without undue delay. (For matters concerning children under 14 under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, please refer to Article 8 of our Privacy Policy.)
